We have updated our hospital protocols in regards to in clinic visits. At this time clients are allowed in the building and facial coverings are optional. We are still limiting the number of clients in one exam room, unless it is an end of life appointment. Clients can still opt for curbside service by calling the office and notifying our receptionist. If you have any problems or questions please give us a call at 630-543-9500. We also request that all cats be in carriers for their own safety and all dogs have leashes and collars on.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate through these unprecedented times. Our staff is doing their absolute best that they can in providing caring, compassionate, quality veterinarian care as quickly as possible. They have also been working tirelessly through the pandemic to provide quality veterinarian services to all of our clients and patients. We ask that you be patient and considerate to our staff at all times.
We also would like to remind all canine owners to please be respectful to our neighboring businesses. If your pet poops on our property or one of our neighboring businesses' property, we ask that you please pick it up. If you do not have a poop bag handy, please ask one of our staff members for a bag, and they will bring one out to you. We also have a dumpster located at the back of the building accessible to our clients to dispose of their pet's waste.
