Dear Addison Animal Hospital Family,

In observance of Labor Day the Addison Animal Hospital hours are as follows:

Friday September 4, 2020 8 A.M. - 6 P.M.

 Saturday September 5, 2020 8 A.M. - 12 P.M.

We will be CLOSED Sunday September 6, 2020 and Monday September 7, 2020 and reopen at 8 A.M. on Tuesday September 8, 2020. If you have any problems or need assistance during the Holiday weekend, we recommend you contact one of the local emergency clinics listed below:

During the Holiday weekend we will be resurfacing our parking lot. The resurfacing will begin on Saturday September 5, 2020 at 7 A.M. We ask that if you have to pick up medication, food or have a scheduled appointment with us to please park in the parking lot next door at Liberty Tax located at 991 W. Lake Street. Due to the resurfacing, the Addison Animal Hospital will be closing early on Saturday and limiting our appointments to sick patients only. If you have any problems or questions, please give us a call at 630-543-9500.

We also would like to take a moment to remind everyone that the Addison Animal Hospital is CURBSIDE ONLY at this time, with exceptions for end of life care. We request that when you arrive for your scheduled appointment you call us via your cellphone to check in at 630-543-9500. We also request that all cats be in carriers for their own safety and all dogs have leashes and collars on. Once you have checked in, a technician will be out shortly to bring your pet in for any necessary medical services. We also request that you remain in the parking lot during your pet's appointment. We understand that this can be frustrating for some of our clients. We know how much everyone likes to be there for their pet's appointment. However, at this time, we have found that curbside service is in the best interest of our clients, patients, and staff. We also understand that wait times and hold times might be slightly longer than what our clients are accustom to. Our staff is doing their absolute best that they possibly can in providing caring, compassionate, quality veterinarian care as quickly as possible. They have also been working tirelessly through the pandemic to provide quality veterinarian services to all of our clients and patients. We ask that you be patient and considerate to our staff at all times.

We also would like to remind all canine owners to please be respectful to our neighboring businesses. If your pet poops on our property or one of our neighboring businesses' property, we ask that you please pick it up. If you do not have a poop bag handy, please ask one of our staff members for a bag, and they will bring one out to you. We also have a dumpster located at the back of the building accessible to our clients to dispose of their pet's waste. Again if you have any problems or questions, please give us a call at 630-543-9500.

We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Holiday weekend!

Sincerely,

The Addison Animal Hospital
